Lady Connie Scott-Blue is a native of  Panama City, Florida.  The second to the youngest of seven. She majored in Fashion Merchandising at Gulf Coast College in Panama City, Florida and Psychology and Christian Counseling at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia.  Lady Blue is the owner and operator of Elan's LLC, a printing and publishin service. She is also the Founder and Owner of EL'Elan's Magazine and Resource Guide.   Lady Blue accepted Christ in her life at a very early age, an continues to serve whereever needed.  Lady Blue is a Woman of Excellence, her motto is "Give God our very best, because He gave us His very BEST; His son Jesus Christ.  
 
She has served in many capacities in the local, district and Jurisdiction, as a Personal Assistant and Adjutant, she also has served on the Homeless Feeding Program Team, Pastors Aide, Young Womens Christian Council President, Usher Board President, Hospitality Member, Ways and Means President, Special Projects President, Women's Dept steering Committee, and is a Licensed Evangelist Missionary by the North Carolina  2nd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and serves as Co-Pastor of Spirit of Life Christian Ministries.  Lady Blue  is anointed to Preach and Teach the Word of God, she has hosted several Successful Women's Conferences and Programs.  Lady Scott-Blue loves God and she loves people. 
 
She is happily married to her "Boaz", Pastor Michael Blue, Sr.  She is an honored and blessed mother to four adult children, Michael, Jr. Braelon, Monique and Brandon.   Lady Blue has three God daughters that are near and dear to her heart Doir "Honey Bunn" Etheridge,
Daisy "Suga Lumpkin" Etheridge and Daliah Genesis "DG" Torres.
